DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION IF YOU HaVE KIDS!!!! Awful misopedy staff!!! I used to come here all the time and enjoyed shopping but the passed few months I have had only bad experiences. First of all, I wanted to donate some of my clothes and was very disappointed that they don't offer any discount coupons to their store like Value Village. I took my stuff to their location. Second, their prices has gone astronomical. Like, come on!? They're used clothes, USED! I get brand new clothes way cheaper from Walmart. YES! Brand new! Third, they have some extremely rude and disrespectful staff. Especially two spectacular ones. I had my newborn, toddler and 12 year old with me. My older kid was looking some Halloween stuff by herself literally 5 meters away from me when they were announcing three times that kids has to be with their parents at all times. The place was absolutely empty. I was the only customer with two other older ladies. I soon realized that they were talking about me. I told them that my kid is being supervised. They said my kid has to walk next to me the whole time. I asked them if they're kidding. No, that's their policy. Then I had to take my toddler to the toilet and left my newborn baby outside the toilet door with my older kid. The lady outside said she will keep eye on them. Then I heard this worker announcing her phone to tell her coworkers to make another announcement because the mom has left her kids by themselves again. I opened the toilet door while my toddler was still pooping asking if there was a problem. Didn't get an answer. Another announcement was made. I was extremely disappointed how bad customer service I was experiencing. It was pure hatred towards kids. Nothing else. I will never come to this location again. They just lost their customer. I also read some other reviews and noticed other moms complaining getting harassed from this location by having kids. I understand if kids are making a mess or not behaving but this is crossing the line for staff being hatred towards kids. It was so obvious. Other customers said the same thing to me and said they were sorry what I just experienced. Not the staff, the customers. The staff needs a proper training. That is so unprofessional. I hope they're happy with their lives and they don't have kids of their own.

It was well organized. I didn't buy anything. Prices were a little high for used stuff for me. Still they had some good clothing that was cheaper than new. Not much as far as sporting goods. But most of these places are cleaned out fishing equipment or it never makes it to the shelf. Lots of knick knacks and tons of clothing. I imagine that's what they make the profit on is the clothing. I got some better deals today at the mission thrift stores and Bibles for missions stores.
